For all kinds of dishes. Red meats and even any white meat. Pairs well with medium cheeses or pate. Best served at cellar temperature around 15-16°. - Origin:
Our Crianza comes from a long maceration - homogenization, in horizontal rotary stainless steel fermenters, giving it structure and complexity for later breeding. Aged in American oak barrels with a final rest for a long ageing in bottles of our cellars.
